Our Products Win at the details

1. Our powder coating ficility have totally 12 powder spray gun. Six guns are moving up and down bothsides of fence panel. Two fixed gun for the bottom rail at both sides and the other two fixed gun for thetop rail at both sides. The last fun is always fixed at position of spear top.

2. We will fo cross cut testing for the powder coating before delivery.

3. The QC of powder coating check the surface by light is need. So any flaw of powder coating will be
not escaped from eye of QC.

4. Our QC check the powder coating thickness every position of the fence panel. The everage
thickness of coating is more than 100um.

5. The package is extremely importand for the powder coated fencing. We use heavy-duty steel frame
package to well protect the good products. It will be very easy to our customers unload the pallets by
forklift.


